Advanced knowledge to get ahead

The Computer Project Management Bachelor's Degree specialization at Eastern Florida State College prepares students for a role in management to include planning, coordinating and directing computer-related activities.

Project managers are in high demand, particularly in the technology sector. Potential career positions include IT Manager and Computer Systems Administrator.Students will also gain knowledge in information security.

During the course of this specialization, students will apply techniques for collecting data and analyzing information systematically with the intent to improve organizational input, process and output processes as well as improve quality of work for users.

You can earn this degree while continuing to work. Flexible class formats include day, evening, online and blended courses that are part classroom and part online. The degree is also Financial Aid eligible.

Students are admitted to the program in the Spring, Summer and Fall Terms following the general Bachelor's Degree online application process.

Before completing this specialization, students will need to earn a grade of "C" or higher in the two courses below. Students may have taken these before entering the program, but if not, an advisor can help with course planning.

An Associate of Applied Science (AAS) degree does not meet the minimum eligibility requirement for entry into this program. AAS degree holders who intend to transfer into the BAS program should consult with an academic advisor to review coursework and determine the best transfer options.
