Industry certification related information

The Aerospace Technology program provides training for persons who are previously or currently employed in the aerospace or aeronautics career field. Instruction is designed to qualify students for national certification as an aerospace technician in various skill areas.

Specific certifications can accelerate your college credit and save you time and money!

Graduates of EFSC's Aerospace Technology program will qualify for the opportunity to sit for the Certified Aerospace Technician Certification that is awarded by SpaceTEC. For more information view www.spacetec.org .

Persons who hold a SpaceTEC Certified Aerospace Technician Certification or a Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Airframe & Powerplant license may be awarded articulated credit. New Memorandum of Understanding agreements for those two options are in process and will be updated on this chart when available. Let the program advisor know you are interested in one of these options.
