8:30 PM Update: All systems are back online, including student access to the Canvas Learning Management System. EFSC's IT team was able to restore network access this evening following an outage caused by a technical issue that began shortly before 3 PM. Students who had deadlines in Canvas that were impacted by the outage should reach out to their instructors. Thank you for your patience as technical systems were restored to operational status.

Evaluation Policy
International students who have completed college level coursework in other countries are not required to submit transcripts. However, if the student wishes to have credit considered for transfer purposes, the student is responsible for securing the evaluation services of an agency that is a member of NACES.

The recommendations made by the evaluation agency will be considered. Coursework may be accepted provided the courses are at the freshman and sophomore level and equivalent to courses offered at EFSC. General education courses typically do not transfer.

Students who earned an associate or higher degree from outside the United States will be waived from the TABE test if it is required for program completion.

Students seeking a college credit degree from EFSC who earned an associate or higher degree from outside the United States must take the college placement test.
