The resources to find a job
We've helped you explore a career and we also want to help you find a job. That's
why we've partnered with Handshake, the #1 way that students now search for jobs and
internships. The top employers, including all the Fortune 500 companies, recruit students
through the online Handshake platform, giving you access to jobs and internships not
available anywhere else.
Click here to visit Handshake and set up your account. We understand EFSC students can be busy, so we've pre-populated some basic information on your profile. You'll be able to filter and search through job roles based on your interests and discover new career possibilities.
Handshake is a perk that continues even for EFSC Alumni, letting you stay connected with opportunities posted by employers in our college network. If you have questions as you activate your Handshake profile, please contact Heather Allen at allenh@easternflorida.edu

Additional Job Search Sites
In addition to Handshake, there are literally thousands of websites available for a job search, so the Career Centers maintain a list of sites provided by the Florida Agency for Workforce Innovation to assist the serious job seeker — you'll find some of them listed below and more resources on our Job Market webpage. These websites can provide information on current job openings in the county, state or nation, with labor market projections specific to all industries, wage information and statistics, plus employers in these industries.
