EFSC's IT team was able to restore network access this evening following an outage caused by a technical issue that began shortly before 3 PM. WiHE at Habitat for HumanityDid you know only 30% of U.S. colleges and universities were led by women in 2017? 

Women in Higher Education (WiHE) is a college-wide committee at Eastern Florida State College that strives to:

  • Promote professional and personal networking opportunities
  • Share opportunities for professional growth within the College
  • Encourage females at the College who desire to pursue a next step in their career path or another graduate degree
  • Recognize female accomplishments at the College
  • Support less fortunate females in Brevard County through volunteering
  • Empower female students to pursue higher education

All faculty and staff with an interest in supporting women in higher education are welcome to join.

WiHE Student Mentoring

Women in Higher Education (WiHE) has a Mentoring program supporting EFSC female students from domestic violence shelters. To help students succeed, each student from the domestic violence shelter is matched with a Mentor from EFSC’s Women in Higher Education committee.
